If you are logged in as an account manager for your restaurant, you can permanently delete or edit orders previously placed by you or your customers.
To do so, click on "Online Ordering" in the main navigation for your account manager. Then click on "View all Orders," which by default appears immediately below the main navigation on the left side of the screen (see screen shot below). On the resulting page, you will see all of your past orders. If you have many past orders, they will be paginated. You can change the sort order of the table by clicking on the green/white headers of the table.
Clicking on the small trash can icon next to each order will allow you to delete the selected order. Please remember: once deleted, we cannot recover an order for you. It is gone for good, so be sure when you do this!
If you click on the small paper-and-pen icon next to the trash can icon, you will be given the option to open the selected order for editing. To complete your edits to an existing order, simply add, edit, or remove items from the cart as you normally do when creating a new order. Then click checkout and complete the checkout process. When you are done, the system will inform you that the selected order has been updated in the system.
